Genevieve brings a truly unique blend of skills derived from 19 years in senior food innovation roles, coupled with over a decade of commercial management responsibilities.  She has significant experience across a wide variety of product categories, in both Brands and Retailer Private Label areas.

Across senior roles with several leading UK brands and companies – including Yeo Valley, Cadbury, Bakkavor and Premier Foods – Genevieve has led numerous strategic initiatives, including long-term food innovation and product pipeline creation, new manufacturing site start-ups, sustainability and health programmes, and the co-creation of profitable annual NPD plans with key grocery retail partners.

Genevieve crafts the perfect blend of relevant future food trends, consumer and category insights, and inspirational creativity to identify “big bet” product & packaging concepts and target markets. She supports teams with the co-creation and delivery of these breakthrough concepts with energetic and engaging coaching, a disciplined approach to project management, and end-to-end innovation process support.

Launching her own consultancy – Food Renaissance – in 2023, Genevieve now brings her vast experience to a wide range of exciting food innovation opportunities.
