Before moving into consultancy in 2017, Steve spent 20 years working for several blue-chip FMCG businesses in a variety of sales, marketing and commercial strategy roles, including several on UK leadership teams. This cross functional breadth gives Steve a broad perspective on the opportunities and challenges that all teams face in defining, designing and delivering their commercial plan.
As an Associate Consultant, Steve specialises in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and he has supported, to date, over 30 different client projects on either transformational structured pricing and trade terms initiatives, or by building RGM capability within organisations through a mix of training, coaching and RGM diagnostics.
In addition to his RGM practice, Steve has also developed a comprehensive eCommerce offering, from both a strategy and capability perspective, and he has advised several clients on how best to develop their capability and leverage their portfolio to win in this fast growing and dynamic channel.
